Shandong Grain Rain has a total project investment of 4.26 billion yuan to build an ecological health co-production project.
The project is planned to cover an area of 763 acres and will be constructed in two phases: the first phase will mainly build 200,000 tons of maltose, 40,000 tons of maltitol and 200,000 tons of intelligent warehousing projects; the second phase will build an annual output of 150,000 tons of maltodextrin and 200,000 tons of crystalline dextrose, 100,000 tons of liquid glucose, 50,000 tons of sorbitol, 60,000 tons of L-lactic acid, 30,000 tons of polylactic acid and 150,000 tons of warehousing and logistics capacity.
After the project is fully completed, it will have an annual output of 750,000 tons of corn intensive processing products capabilities.
The project production lines all adopt the most advanced international production equipment such as hydraulic flaps and imported injectors, and are equipped with automated, intelligent, and information-based control systems such as separation systems and evaporation systems.
At present, the first phase production line of the project has been completed and put into production on October 16, 2023.
